There are witnesses but I don't know what to think at this point. The fact that he's not being charged or detained (at least at the moment) is curious.

The news report I watched said that Gasser shot Mcknight from his vehicle into Mcknight's, if this is correct then I'm not sure how Gasser was released from police custody unless Mcknight was brandishing a gun towards Gasser?
