I wouldn't mind seeing kiffin come to BR but, just how difficult is it to be a stud OC at BAMA? Shouldn't we be looking for someone who did more with less?

Spot on. If only he had been the offensive coordinator somewhere else then we could research that and see how he did there.

Kiffin is one of the best ocs in college football. Is he a douche? Sure. But he's one of the best and a great recruiter.

I'd like to have his brother on staff as well.

Kiffin has had 3 different QBs in 3 years and they have all played better than any QB LSU has had recently

and none of them were elite talents

Yup

Saban would own Kiffin

He has the luxury of ridiculous line that gets to hold and a defense that provides him so many opportunities that eventually he will have success but his playcalling is atrocious. Even Bama fans agree.

They actually would probably be better off without him. It would be a huge risk on his part to leave to go anywhere for same position.

His playcalling ability is not a question. The problem is he's immature,he's a cheater, and he's burned down every program he's been at except Bama. He needs a heavy handed HC to babysit him and O's not going to be that guy.

it appears to me that Kiffin was very good at QB development. sure, they were very talented but LSU has had some talent also that went bust. bama had some that did too but they always manage to have one that fills the bill.

working for Saban is tough. the man is a machine and has little, if any, human traits.

Kiffin has had first-year starters at QB each of his 3 years at Bama. He's gotten very productive play from each of them, and went to the playoffs with Blake Sims, won the NC with Jake Coker, and is undefeated with true freshman Jalen Hurts. That's called coaching.

As much as I think the guy is a douche, he's a hell of an OC.

That's what Saban has said to Kiffin. Run, the Ball, Run the Ball, Play Action, Run the Ball, Run the Ball, Screen Pass, etc. Throw the ball away if it's not there.
