It's one thing to play the negotiation game with a proven champion. Another to have the current flavor of the week who's done nothing but coached a couple years in a shitty conference try to use your top 10 job as leverage.

This. If they wanted to go the Herman route save a frickload of money and hit up PJ fleck. I think him and tom would have been equal success of bust and boom
