Considering CNN's full, un-edited coverage of Trump's rallies helped him get an insane amount of exposure, I would say trump should be thankful

It's kind of hard to not give exposure to the elephant in the room.

He's thankful that CNN is run by morons and their plan to push him to feed to Hillary Clinton backfired. That's probably the most delicious morsel of schadenfreude in this entire episode.

So now it's OK to cover a rally and then have your producers and on the air "journalists" give debate questions to the candidates you prefer? And its Ok to have one candidate feed questions to an on the air "journalist" so he can ask their opponent gotcha questions?

And that's just some of it. We saw how last cycle Candy Crowley ambushed Romney. Do you think this was an isolated instance?

If the leaks proved anything, it indicated just how in bed CNN was with the Clinton campaign and you have to know this wasn't the first time.

The truth is, they need access to Trump, but he doesn't need them at all.

It's quite the other way around.

You've got this completely backwards. They gave him exposure to MOCK him. They thought a Hillary victory was a forgone conclusion. They mocked, ridiculed and attempted to control the narrative through disinformation and out right lying. They did the same to his supporters. May they all rot in hell.

ETA:

They still are.

they did that to get him the nomination because he'd be the easiest for their girl to beat. How'd that work out for Martha Raddatz?
