This isn't Pop Warner, this is big-time college football at an elite school in the strongest conference in the country. Big expectations, big pressure - and the players and coaches know exactly what they're signing up for.
If you want limited criticism, there are literally hundreds of FCS, Div. II and Div. III colleges with football programs.

Like O, he needed to go, but for years people, yourself included, did nothing but shite in the guy's mouth. To now step back and act offended that the playing field this type of attitude created towards our head coaching position has turned on the interim is kind of funny.

possible. its like religion, not only is it our duty to follow god and do good shite, its also our duty to witness and save as many of the others as possible. So anti CEO guys need to do work and try to convince as many of the heathens as possible to convert. sometimes being a little over dramatic is just par for the course to get the end result.

The provided O gets _ as OC is the problem. LSU shouldn't have to rely on the head coach snagging a great OC in order to win a championship. What happens when that great OC bolts?

I think he's done a remarkable job as interim. He certainly wouldn't be my first choice as HC at this point, but there's pretty good reason to think that this team can be successful with him, should he make a dynamic hire for the OC position. I'd prefer Herman or Fisher. But of both of those fall through, Eaux makes sense. Give him a short contract on the cheap, give Aranda a big salary bump, and pay top dollar for an offensive version of Dave Aranda. That combo might win some games.
