Will the etf still track the cost of the underlying commodity until the point it's delisted? I currently have it in my portfolio at a small gain and wanted to hold it until the OPEC meeting at the end of the month with a short stop loss if they fail to come to an agreement.

It will, but you risk liquidity issues from people trying to dump it late.
