I've seen his official signature on papers signed by him at NASA...and it matches what I had answered. The items I received were signed in blue ink and the ink was smudged slightly so I know it was real ink, not as stamp. I don't think mine was signed by an aide.

Shelby on the other hand...definitely an aide...and then one time I wrote Cramer (back when he was in office)....I think that was a stamp.

I lived in La before Texas, before Alabama....and yes with respect to La reps...crickets.
