Wfallstiger, I am 64, 219, 6'1.5 and don't walk or exercise quite enough. You have a really good height to weight ratio. What has been your heaviest and lightest weights. Mine has been 229 to 187.

7.2 Stone

Weighed over eight stone in High School but once I stopped lifting I've been where I am for decades.

Heaviest has been 198.

Lighter weight 178.

Have always been rather thin.

Am not a big work out person. Play racquetball twice a week with wife (more akin to inside tennis), do my own lawn and see a trainer for about an hour a week...Am no gym rat, did that when I was young.

Got into working out pretty hardcore after I got out of high school. Went from 150 to 190 in about 18 months

I weigh 235.

That's where I was a few days ago.

231 this morning. 241 two weeks ago. Low carb dieting.

In my mid 20's I was 169 when I was running. Now I'm shooting to get under 200 some time this winter.

Around 240 - haven't weighed myself in a while. 6' 1"

Wouldn't hurt to lose a few but I weigh 225 when I'm lifting and working out regularly. I've always weighed more than I appeared to. My dad said it was likely due to the brickbat lodged between my ears.

The Doctors of the OT can weigh in,pun intended, about the connection of BMI to health.

I'm under the impression that people with high BMIs,not obese, tend to live longer.

If I get sick and lose 50 lbs it'll be like I've been on a diet.

Someone that weighs 150 gets sick and loses 50 lbs, they're dead.
