May have saved the program long term with a defense that will keep you in every game. You have to give credit where it's due.

Thank God he didn't have any old cronies on the defensive side to hire instead.

Aranda is making O look good. Aranda is the best coach on staff.

I am scared to death about what his plans are at the end of the season depending on the head coach decision.

Less's problem was not recruiting players or coaches, his issue was coaching those players and coaches.

Les made some really bad hires especially on offense.

I'm honestly at the point where I think I'd take Aranda as head coach.

With Chavis leaving, he had no choice but to hire someone. I think Aranda was in the picture some time back. Had some old pal of Les' been hanging around unemployed, he'd probably not have hired Aranda.

Plus, his offensive mindset was so terrible he had to make a splash on defense so he could have hard-headedly continued to insist on shitting the bed on offense.

Dave Aranda is, BY FAR, the best coach on our staff. I would pay that man whatever it takes to keep him here for a few years.

Me too. I'd prefer to keep O around because of his ability to recruit and for him to hire a top flight OC. But if that means losing Aranda down the road, I say we make him head coach. He reminds me of a young Saban without the tantrums.

I agree totally.. I think he has the smarts to find the right offensive coordinator that would compliment his great defense..

I don't know if he needs the money. I think he has a side job.
