Boss tells Trump supporters to resign their job

Is that legal? Surely that's against some HR rule.

He says this and in his letter basically says if you don't agree Trump is a piece of shite, you need to resign:

This idiot CEO just caused his company to lose a lot of shareholder money and that in itself should be grounds for immediate termination of his duties as CEO.

Dude just gave every single employee grounds to file a hostile work environment complaint.
