I have a USAA VISA Debit Card and USAA American Express.
No issues whatsoever. And they've always been very pleasant but more importantly, responsive whenever I have had a question or issue.

Good to know, thanks Willcover, I trust your opinion. All of those negative reviews just seemed so crazy, b/c usually USAA is very well regarded.
Guess I'll keep the card and see how it goes.
