It was clear that the moment was a little big for Danny last night. After 3 quarters and no offense, I think he should have put Harris in at least for a series to see if he could have been a little more effective. He would have been more of a run threat and Bama's line and linebackers would have had to give some respect to that instead of teeing off directly on the backs and QB....Good coaches make changes during games..Saban pulled Barnett, Muschamp pulled his veteran QB for the freshman who has been lighting it up....If your not going to at least try and use the talent you have...if Harris is never going to see the field again.....then let him transfer.

No one is stopping him from transferring. You do realize that Hurts was shut down for most of the game as well except for one broken play? I guess Saban should have pulled him.

This is always hilarious saying BH is a run threat. He is neither a run nor pass threat.

Because when something doesnt work, you keep trying it and hope it suddenly does start working. It is just crazy to try somthing new.

Bash Brandon as much as you want. He defiantly has a better deep ball and maybe he could have hit one in the 4th. Danny was shook up bad, after the throw at Malachi's feet I was hoping they would bring Brandon in for a seriesZ

Agree 100%, not saying pull Etling the rest of the game, but at least give BH a series or two, if he provides no spark or points, you go back to Etling. THis game was oh so familiar to the NCG in 12. CEO should have absolutely tried another QB for a spark. BTW naysayers he put up 16 pts last year on the gumps, i'm sure you've forgotten. In light of our offensive ineptness you at the very least try something else to gain victory.

Harris should have absolutely came in during the 2nd half.

It was obvious to everyone that Etling was not going to get it done.

When has Harris ever shown that he's an actual run threat? I can count on one hand how many times he's ever kept the ball on a zone read or scrambled.

Only the Rant would want to put a QB in vs Bama that played bad...against way worse competition.

LSU could have Cam Newton at QB and it wouldn't have mattered against that defense given our O line play.

exactly...cost O his chance to be lsu coach to considering we scored 0 points and lost. Bh actually would have gave us a chance to complete a long ball against bama. Matter fact why not try the other QB if you don't like brandon. Etling just not good enough 2 not try something else. Again we scored 0 frickin points put me in coach damn.

I've been beating the drums for Scott since summer. The kid is a playmaker and is deadly accurate. THIS IS WHAT WE NEED. I know he's a couple inches short, but being as how the pocket was non-existant anyhow, he could've rolled out and sniped that middle field all night long with using fournette as a decoy and hitting slot receivers and tight ends. WHY AM I THE ONLY ONE THAT SEES THIS???? You don't attack bama on the edge, you don't attack up front, and you don't have time in the pocket to play deep ball. It's the seams in the middle of the field. Then when Williams and foster are playing coverage, you hit em with the run between the tackles, or QB run. Same formula it's been for YEARS!!! Only Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Clemson, and Ohio State have been able to do it though. Why can't we???????!!!!!!!!!

When has Harris shown that he is a run threat? He runs timid as hell. Throw in a few interceptions, and the score would have been much worse.

Etling is not the greatest, but at least he safe with the ball. Nobody was going to run on that defense with our O line getting manhandled like they were.

Harris would have been worse. The fault lies in our offensive line. Our defense was stout. Our skilled players were putting out the required amount of effort. While our defensive line dominated their offensive line for three quarters, their defensive line dominated our offensive line the entire game.
