Nonstick = disposable, only good for a few years. I'd get one nonstick 12" frypan mostly for eggs and the rest would be regular stainless sandwiched metal such as All-Clad or enameled cast iron like LeCrueset. All you need is a 12" fry, 3 and 4 quart sauce and a 8-10 quart stock pot if you are cooking for less than 5.
