well for starters, I'd avoid the carrots. It's one of the higher carb veges you can consume. stick to green vegetables. No reason to eat "lean" meat per se because you need the fat on a keto diet.

what kind of carb limit are you shooting for? typically keto consists of <30 carbs per day. Based on that plan, you're going to be hungry simply because there isn't much fat in there to help keep you satiated.

I would highly suggest you over salt everything. Your first week is going to be rough and you need to pay close attention to your salt/potassium/magnesium levels if you want to avoid keto flu.

I didn't really have a carb limit. Just...extreme limit I guess. I was thinking about adding a lot of bacon into my diet, but I'm not a big fan of the ingredients used to cure it. Don't want to go overboard on nitrates.
