Who would Houston target after Herman moves on?

So considering the rumor that Herman to texas is all but official, who would Houston target to replace him? Would Fleck consider going to Houston instead of a small p5 program like purdue?

An up and coming young coordinator from the Big 12 with roots in Texas who learned under The Pirate. Could do wonders with the local Houston talent that doesn't go to a P5 school.
