Basic assessment with your PCP. Check basic labs with emphasis on thyroid function and testosterone. Vit D is also important. Current RDA underestimates needs. Need 2000-5000IU daily
Make sure you are:
Sleeping 7.5 to 8 hours at night
Eating clean (reference my post history as I go on about this all the time)
