What do you guys do about depression? I have a hard time believing as well. I believe there is a higher power. But not what's preached on Sunday morning. Fighting with my wife about that makes it worse.

Basic assessment with your PCP. Check basic labs with emphasis on thyroid function and testosterone. Vit D is also important. Current RDA underestimates needs. Need 2000-5000IU daily

Make sure you are:
Sleeping 7.5 to 8 hours at night
Eating clean (reference my post history as I go on about this all the time)

Meditation
Stoicism (can also co-exist with you current religious beliefs, used by ancient cultures)

Stoicism differs from most existing schools in one important sense: its purpose is practical application. It is not an intellectual enterprise. It’s a tool that we can use to become better entrepreneurs, better friends and better people.
