Is there a special place in hell for these people? I mean they have have the trash bins and bags all over the place. How can you be that lazy?

Im glad humans have decided animals shouldnt shite outside. Its much better to encapsulate that shite in individual bags and then fill landfills with it. Dont let it become part of the ground or anything. That would be icky.

The one time I didn't do this I was called out in Lafayette square. This was before the city put up trash bends and bags for dog poop. We now have a bag dispenser on our dogs lead.

What gets me more, is the people who have the little bags and pick up the poop, but then toss the bags of poop on the ground. Which is actually WORSE than not picking it up!!
