quote: Instead of saying this might be the dumbest thing I've ever read on the Rant, I'm just going to ask you to explain exactly what you mean by this? did LSU not go 9-3 last year? did LSU not beat the SC and Auburn with similar scores (45-21) (44-21) last year on the way of racking up wins to start the season 7-0? did we not think that LSU was the top 3 team in the nation heading into that alabama contest? when did it all fall apart? it seemed like it all fall apart with 3 straight losses to good SEC teams, teams i don't think we've played just yet. right now, LSU lost to Wisconsin (who's better than we thought) and Auburn (who's better than we thought). yes, we've won 3 games, but how is it so clear that this is not as much fool's gold as starting off the season as they did last year. i don't see how you guys can say that CEO is a better candidate for the job for making changes and bringing the LSU team up to the level it should've been from the beginning. and the job isn't about this season, but seasons going forward. it is easy to win the race when you have a faster car than everyone. CEO has a faster car. Miles had to go because he could no longer even in the fast car. the audition is, who is going to keep us in the fastest car or win the race when they have a car as fast as ours.
Assuming you are not blind and only able to listen to games on radio, you should actually watch a game. The lack of competence on offense under Miles for years has only been mitigated by defense and talent. It's also fun not to know the exact play that will be called 75% of the time. Reruns are not my thing. Also cool not to have nail biters vs FCS teams.
Ed O has this team more crisp and prepared than Miles has had in a long long time. The audition started three weeks ago. To insinuate anything otherwise is borderline retarded.

This is an argument to fire miles and therefore I agree. We should fire miles......oh, wait.......
If your argument is miles had a learning disability so we should hire O since he's taken miles team and staff and out performed him, then I think your logic is......flawed.
