Yeah, I mean I've been hooked up by people I didn't even really know that well. His story wasn't far-fetched.

I mean it's still stealing but I buy his story.

And he cost FSU $1 million in a civil lawsuit and he is still welcome on the sideline. All the while, covering up the rape.

Your right...he chose the perfect school.

King George is really up to date on Winston's high school and college GPA.

Very impressed with his research to debunk that lie!!!

Some of you guys aren't interested in that whole innocent until proven guilty thing. I'm sure you'd feel the same way if you were accused of a crime you didn't commit, right?

Actually, it was an unfound accusation and FSU negligence that caused it, but who cares about facts!!!

I have a feeling Stanford would have been a lot tougher on him for stealing and the rape allegations than FSU was

Here's a fact: LINK

Pretty big "rape" settlement for a false accusation. It was FSU covering it up that caused the accusation to be "Unfounded." Thus the reason for the settlement.

What do you think that settlement proves?

This doesn't even make sense.

The settlement was for a botched investigation, which can and does happen whether someone is guilty or not.

If that's your determining factor on whether he's guilty or not, yea...yikes. That's pretty bad.

The point is you don't know if he raped her or not so quit acting like you know with 100% certainty.

Clearly he thinks FSU covered it up which means with 100% certainty that Winston is guilty.

And that makes no sense. He can be innocent, and the university can still try to do everything they can to make sure he is innocent. The 2 aren't mutually exclusive like the poster thinks.

I'm just saying if you believe he's a 4.0 student then you're a dumbass who'll believe anything. I thought it was pretty obvious but I forgot to take into consideration that you're a dumbass.
