SEC, ACC, and Big Ten all have 14 teams, currently.

Pac 12 has 12. Big 12 has 10.

That's 64 teams. So basically, when this thing splits into four 16-team super conferences, every current school in a major conference should have a spot except for one. Because Notre Dame would likely jump into the ACC (if they were forced to join a conference).

It'll be the schools like UConn, Cincinnati, and BYU that will try to force their way into the mix, and maybe knock out some schools like Iowa State, Kansas State, and TCU.

It's gonna be a shite show.

If that happens the leftovers should start a league that has some sort of regulation ala EPL.

Just spit balling, if you could figure out a way to have the best of the mac, AAC, and mwc play every year.

BYU doesn't need a FB conference. They have an auto bid to a bowl they chose. They have a good league location wise for their Olympic Sports in the WCC where they dictate what and when they want to play. The only better deal is Boise's football deal to rejoin the MWC. They keep their bowl money with no shares.

Notre Dame will not join a conference, they have too much pull in CFB. They got exactly what they wanted, guaranteed half ACC schedule and keep the traditional rivals.

Did you know that aggie fans think the University of Texas is going to be completely shut out of future realignment and will become a college football afterthought? I am serious... they were sold all of this brainwashing support as "kill Texas off for good." That's some messed up shite, sports fans.
