They've been deploying it in the Abita, Mandeville, Covington area for several months now. I have a few friends that have it. They dug my neighborhood and put in conduit and new hand-holes... but not available for me yet

Just checked today and it's available! Already signed up and scheduled an install. 1GB $90.
