IMO, 49ers are a worse team and they were able to dismantle the rams early on.
Browns still have to play against a few dysfunctional or hurt teams:
Cincy x2
NYJ
Pittsburgh
SD
They can definitely take one

I think they'll take one or two. Jets or Chargers are their best chances.
