The picture is photoshopped. Look at his right hand around the antlers, and bow laying on the deer. So I would say no he didnt kill a deer out of season, but yes he photoshopped the shite out of a picture

Nah, it's not photoshopped, unless he's REALLY REALLY good at photoshop. I have a degree in graphic design and it's better than I could have done. The camera flash just makes parts of it look wonky. His right hand looks funny because he's holding his fingers behind the antler so he doesn't block it.
But, he's still apparently a poaching piece of shite.
