As the title says, I've started branching out on beer. Gone from just drinking Abita and Miller and started trying out stuff like Parish Envie and Ghost, St Arnold, etc. I want to try more new beers and get a taste of everything, so please recommend me anything you like that's available at places like Leblanc's, etc. Baton Rouge area.

I'd just stick with Ultra and he done with it.

I use to just go to a place like Calandros and did the create your own 6 pack. Cost 8.99 and I tried 6 new beers, helped me establish what I liked and didn't at the time.

Look at the fbd threads and see what people are drinking on there.

Go somewhere you can get flights of small pours and try different styles

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale should be on your list. Anything made by Bell's. If you're in Louisiana, Great Raft makes a fine beer; Commotion is my favorite.

Get a keg of keystone, begin drinking, and pretty soon you will forget all about this thread. You're welcome.

Actually enjoying the beer is secondary. Find a small craft brew that people seem to be talking about, locate a retailer and buy up as much as you can. Post pics but never tell anyone where to find it. After a week, complain about how the flavor profile sucks since the beer isn't fresh and they are now shelf turds.
When a new batch comes out, repeat the process, except be hyper critical about how this batch isn't as good as the last one and that its just not the same now that the brewery is trying to make more product to meet demand.
