I think that pass blocking will continue to improve when they know they don't have to hold off a rush for 5-6 seconds. Etling can get rid of the ball fast which will make their job easier.

I am always amazed when people complain about the pass blocking when the QB is taking way too long to pass the ball.

Also, not dropping back 30 feet allows the blockers to bounce rushers off of each other and not be so much one on one against speed rushers.
