Maybe the pressure was getting to him so he said "frick it". I don't know, but he just hasn't looked the same to me in awhile.

I've been saying this for a while. I don't really blame Miles because I'm sure he was just trying to control his own destiny considering the pressure, but his input means bad things on offense unfortunately.
