I have an i5 2500 build with 16 GB of ram, and a mid range video card that runs 1080p and 60fps. It runs all games smoothly and no crashes or random issues.

I built this computer 5yrs ago.

I have the 2500K, and I have it OC'd to 4.6ghz. That thing will spank most of the other newer i5s
