Why are so many ppl wanting to make Les the AD. Is it just the equivalent of saying "you pretty much suck as a HC but you're a nice guy so here's a hard job that still keeps you at LSU...so hopefully there's no hard feelings."

Why? Why would he want that, and why would we want him to take it? An AD has to be a bit cold-hearted when it comes to coaches. I'd be worried that Les would be too sympathetic and not take action when it was necessary to make a coaching change.

take a deep breath, fella. We've beaten an FCS team and a weak SEC West team by 3. The first half of our schedule is very soft.
The back half: at Florida, Ole Miss, Bama, at Arky, at A&M is a brutal stretch. That's where we'll find out who we truly are.
Until then, yes, wins are good. But the schedule is weak. Just like last year. So factor that in.
But until we get through FLorida and Ole Miss, just take a breather.

Why would we want Miles as AD? Never understood why so many here are clamoring for that.
