Nice deer! Unfortunately, after they dry out and turn yellowish like that, they'll never come out nice and pearly white. You need to simmer it for about an hour and a half now and then power wash it clean. Don't wirry about getting the horns in the water, it wont hurt them. Then paint on 40% peroxide and let it sit overnight, then wash off with a water hose and let dry. Don't paint it!

(I do European Mounts. Have done over 2500 in the last 9 years) Good luck!
