Frack RG:fixed for Raider's game winning drive, Giants drive fixed, too.

Number 25 for the Saints was called for holding on a third down play. Number 52 for the Saints was called for pass interference on a fourth down play. The Raiders would have turned over the ball, but for the late flags. The Saints would have won and we would be discussing our young secondary and their growing pains. On the game winning TD, the Raiders WR pushed off on our defender. I have no issue with that no call. I mention it because there was more contact by the Raiders WR on that play than our defenders to keep the Raider's drive alive.
I watched the NFL replay of the game of the week. I reviewed the two Saint's penalties over and over that I referenced, and there is no way under any interpretation of the rules that those are penalties.
It does not matter what happened earlier in the game and what other reasons we should have won or loss this game. The refs straight up punked us out of a win. If you have ever played football, and the refs continue to call flags on you to keep drives alive, no matter how good or bad your defense, they will score on you.
Last season, in a tight game with the Panthers, there were four different 12 men in the huddle no calls for the Panthers. This happens a few times a season with officiating in tight games for the Saints. Two or three more victories and the 7-9's are 9-7 or 10-6.
The Saints are not as bad or good as the media makes us out to be. Brees is good enough to win offensive shootouts. When the other teams weaker offense is given a mulligan over and over, again, it cheapens the effort of our HOF QB. I will not bash the Saints. The effort is there, despite well placed demoralizing officiating.

The 4th down PI call when the ball was clearly out of bounds and uncatchable was the worst. Complete bullshite.

I'm not a conspiracy kind of guy, but the PI call was one of the worst PI calls of all time.
The ball was completely uncatchable.

per Lester, we can't win games this year due to dead cap space on books so therefore refs must make up the difference to ensure losses.

They were calling tickey-tack DHolding and PI all game on Oakland and NO alike. It was bullshite but par for the game.
Typical refs deciding the game with phantom calls. Not that it was fixed. This happens every week, many games.

Yep, this was the nail in our coffin.
I knew they were going to score a TD + 2 point conversion.

The PI against Robertson on the final drive was absolutely awful. But so were the PI calls on the Raiders down the sidelines earlier in the game that directly led to a Saints scoring drive. Just because the call was on the last drive doesn't mean the game was fixed it just means the refs were consistent in being bad.

Why does it seem like every time there is a big time defensive play late in a close game in the NFL, it's most likely outcome is usually decided by some crap penalty?

I don't post the pre-game ref reviews anymore but Parry's crew has regularly been among the leaders in most D holding and PI calls. As said, they are a consistent bad

the call was horseshite but the raiders got the shite end of the officiating stick and it's not even close.

being forced to watch, I was really enjoying it until the second half
if you condense the game down to the final raiders drive, yeah...saints were screwed.
on the whole, the raiders got hosed by the refs more...a ridiculous PI on a saints TD drive IIRC

You can't bring reason to this board.

Does anyone have a replay of the PI call?

One year the Saints finished in a threeway tie at 10-6 with the 49ers and Rams. The Saints lost the tie breaker missing the playoffs. In a game refereed by Ben Dreith, he got into the face of fellow officials screaming at them to change calls on the field. The calls favoring the Saints were changed. The Saints went on to loose in a tight game, thereby missing the playoffs. This same ref made some nationally televised calls against some darling teams of the media. The big named announcers called for his firing that season. He was subsequently let go, quietly, in the off season. Now, put that in your pipe and smoke it.

The game was replayed, twice, on NFL Network.

Yea, I get that. I'm asking if there is a link on the internet to it.
I was at the game and don't tend to record games since the NFL gives season ticket holders NFL Gamepass allowing you not only to replay the games, but also gives you all the camera angles (including coaching film) and lets you select the plays from the game.
Waiting on the code from the nfl
