As a banker, I can tell you that you have no idea what you're talking about. Debt to income, credit score, and loan to value is all that matters. Don't blame the fact that certain people choose not to repay borrowed money. Black, white, green purple... Doesn't matter.

In what I see day to day, Blacks are more racist than the whites I come across. It's just that it's an accepted thing by blacks and whites. Right now, our children are being taught that white history is racist and life will always be that way. It is a self fulfilling prophecy though, because with that line of thinking, minority children will grow to be racist, angered by the racist boogeyman from the past. White children of the last few decades who have been taught to accept all races, will eventually tire of being the target of the "racist" accusation will beckon back to hate and racism.
As long as any of it is accepted and is continued to be taught, we will never get it right.

However, if u knew anything about US immigration policy, it's that over 80% of them came/come over here with graduate degrees. Meaning we take their best; they'd be successful ANYWHERE. Us immigration policy are mainly tailored to benefit us. I say this as the descendants of immigrants. My kin could do something Americans couldn't.
India is a shite hole and there are billions of them there that we don't hand pick to come over here because they wouldn't cut it.

Because they don't care. I could list 1000s of studies with facts that show how blacks are PRESENTLY disenfranchised in every realm of life, under the the guise of "equality" and all they will say is "point to a law" that says they are.

Precisely. Our country has undergone an incredible amount of positive change when it comes to race relations in a very short period of time. Still a ways to go, and there will always be aspects that can be improved upon, but it's getting to the point where too many people want to posture themselves as a major activist and see the status quo as black and white racial oppression days gone by, when that is simply not the case.
