I think this would be an incredible idea and show the players and owners who's boss. Even if it was done only for a half, would send an incredible message.

Considering they only sell booze for the first 3 quarters in most sections, I'll pass.

Great idea. I say no one buy beers for the entire 4th quarter.

The dome is pretty big so you won't be forced to look at a kneeling player. It'll be over in 90-100 seconds. Shouldn't you be looking at the flag anyway?

Lol owned. Don't let the liberal media get to you OP. The players don't have bad intentions and it really has no effect on your life.

Begins to sweat.

Calls other owners.

Umm.. . No..
You are hurting privately contracted workers. Not any owners.

Ticket sales and promotions, go to owner. A small percentage of food and beverage sales go toward the dome. The rest go to about 1600 hourly associates. .

The rest are salary. ....

So... please don't think that is a good way to protest.

If the players boycott national anthem it is time to boycott football. The flag represents all those who died for our freedom so the game of football can be played. This is a privilege they enjoy. To disrespect all of those before us is wrong. The flag also symbolizes that we are ALL AMERICANS.
If they want to protest, then protest in a different way. DO NOT DISRESPECT OUR FLAG.
The flag has nothing to do with criminal acts committed by others who disrespect OUR LAWS.

Screw the national anthem this is an asinine argument, they shouldn't be playing that before a domestic game anyway it's just stupid. They're all stupid. Playing it is stupid, expecting me to stand up while drunk at a game is stupid, refusing to stand up is stupid, the anthem police at the games yelling if you don't take your hat off are stupid, the people who refuse to take it off as opposed to just forgetting because you're drunk or talking are stupid, you people getting mad or even caring about those who don't stand are stupid. How about not playing the anthem before every meaningless stupid non important event? Like almost every other country in the world?
