Those base model E90 BMWs have proven to be fairly tough. The N52B25 is a great motor. Drivetrain-wise, it should be fine at that mileage if it's been even halfway decently taken care of. It's the electrical shite that'll get you on those cars. Motors, switches, sensors, etc. pretty much comes with the territory.
