If there is one coach who should be too busy to talk to the coach it is the special teams coach. He has to know where his players are (because they could be in the game or not) at all times based on down and field position, both on offense and defense.

I have no idea why he is allowed so much free chat time when 9 players get on the field for a punt return and the kicking team is always out of sorts.
