Big time boosters have put it in motion already. Not sure if that qualifies as power to make changes or not.

Ok. So they're not the ones making the final decision. but they can sure as hell get things in motion.
All im saying is, when a school like LSU comes that close to firing a coach, there are plenty of eager boosters out there trying to get their guy in. Harmon and Jimbo have both been wined and dined by LSU boosters in the off-season.
