With his contract guaranteed even if les is let go and his salary could he possibly be HCIW. It makes since he would be cheap to start out with. He is an up and comer and a brilliant defensive mind. To me he has potential sort of like saban did before he made the jump to elite status. Was he brought in as an insurance policy if miles didn't change?

I don't think a program like LSU would take a chance on a head coach with no experience. But then again, Tom Herman was in that same boat not that long ago and he's pretty f*cking good.

Just by hearing Aranda talk about defenses tells me he probably knows more about offenses then Les and Cam.

Great move imo. Aranda is a sharp guy, he would perform well as LSU's HC

as long as he lets his offensive coaches (pls no Cam) just do their thing
