Only two I take issue with on your locks are Hightower and Harris.
I do think it's very very likely Harris makes it but I don't think he's a dead lock.
Hightower is fighting for what is likely 1 of 2 spots and Lasco likely gets on because of special teams (but also wouldn't call him a lock). I think it is a three way battle between Hightower, Lasco, and Cadet for two spots, so I can't see him being called a lock.

Also Onyemata is a DE not a DT (according to Payton himself), but he'll play both. So that changes it to 4 DEs and 4 DTs as locks.
