What would you do for 3 days if you were already in Argentina?

I'll be in Buenos Aires for 5-6 days, mostly not work-related stuff, but some touristic stuff in October. I'll have 3 or maybe 4 days afterward to do something fun. What would you guys recommend? I'm not overly interested in hiking or going further south in Argentina.

I could stay in Buenos Aires, go somewhere else in Argentina, or maybe visit a city in a nearby country. Any recommendations for those who have been in the area before.

Unfortunately I don't speak Spanish although my French is good (I highly doubt this will be the least bit helpful though).

Fly to Mendoza's wine country. It is amazing. I can hook you up with a tour guide since you need a guide to book the winery tours (at least you used to)

ETA: If you go to Mendoza then consider taking a drive through the Andes on Ruta 52. I have amazing pics from that drive.

Appreciate the suggestions, guys.

What do you think about visiting other countries? I was thinking one of Chile, Uruguay, or Rio Grande de la Sul in Brazil.
