A Roth sounds like a better option for you, especially with funds carrying a 1% exp ratio.
Check Vanguard.
As to your allocation, that seems like a high % going to foreign and bond funds. I'm assuming you're under 35, so I would think a higher portion toward US Stock.

I agree.
Drop the bonds and add a US Growth or Aggressive Growth type fund. Back off the international some as well.
