I demand match making for nightfall missions, I haven't done one in months because I can't get 2 other people.

You can solo many of them if you have several hours to kill and endless amounts of patience 
I solo'd winters run once. I think it took 2 hours of hiding and sniping with a badger CCL. 'Twas a miserable experience, but damnit I can say I solo'd a nightfall.
ETA: And the mother fricker didn't give me anything worth a shite.
