I had a hound one time got tagged on the leg by a moccasin...that broke his arse. Certainly cost me more at the vet than 75 bones though.....good deal here.

I would like to see the process of how one "snake breaks a dog"

I lost my shorthair earlier this year. The snake bite caused a stroke among other problems to her body. 2 weeks in ICU and 2 months rehab, a LOT of money and she crashed and passed away anyway. Hoping to prevent this in the future.

The short answer is live, defangged and stitched mouth venomous snakes and shock collars...

I've never seen this live....it is probably pretty cool. Are they just as aggressive after you cut their proverbial "balls" off?

Yes, they have to be removed day of the event, they grow back very quickly. They have lost no fire in the belly. The mouth stitch is just extra insurance that they dont grow back too fast...

Many good pranks could be pulled that day.

Retriever peeps are more than welcome to attend. There are plenty of snakes out on warmer duck days...

Which method are we using to kill the snakes once this is over? I've found diesel works a little better than gasoline.

Damn certainly wouldn't have guessed that. The sum bitch that takes them out must make a fortune.

We are going to have some events sent up, we are trying to put our hands on some live quail for some pointer puppy training, we will also have something for the kids to do.. If someone wants to come just for the snake work, that is fine but there will be other activities to make a trip worthwhile .

Me too! For some reason, both of mine just go after them in a heart beat. Thank God my daughter is a vet.
