80's songs that make me stop whatever I'm doing when I hear them:

Brothers in Arms - Dire Straits
Islands in the Stream - Kenny and Dolly (Don't ask me why)
Crazy for You - Madonna (it was playing when I made out with a girl on my first date)
True Colors - Cyndi Lauper (always loved the rawness of her voice in it)
The Living Years - Mike and the Mechanics
Orange Crush - REM

I feel like a lot of songs mentioned in this thread aren't really guilty pleasures, but maybe that's just my nostalgia speaking since I grew up in the 80's.

If you can listen to "The Living Years" without choking up a little bit, well, that's how I know you're a robot.

To answer the OP, I'd have to say "Sussudio" by Phil Collins and "Big Time" by Peter Gabriel. Both legitimately great songs, and both also drenched in 80's-ness.
