Congrats on probably the longest first post in TD-OB history.
I can't really help you with your problem but I am friends with one of the sons of the guy who invented bad boy buggies. They were the cat's meow before he sold them to a company from overseas. I had heard they weren't near as good as they once were and this confirms that for me.

I worked at Bad Boy for 3 summers, ever since they got sold they have gone down in quality.
I didn't know they were this bad.
