Just be sure to get a welded deck and not a stamped metal deck

All of this. I bought a used commercial 5 years ago for what a new residential one would cost, and it's been wonderful and looks exactly the same as the day I bought it.

I ended up getting the Toro.. it should be delivered tomorrow. I really liked the "smart speed" and the 4 year warranty offered so hopefully I made the right choice
