I find my 12v air inflator very handy. Just make sure you get one strong enough for truck tires.
Also a lug wrench (4-way) or long breaker bar with correct socket to remove lugs.
Maybe an extra serpentine belt (I try and keep my old ones for an emergency spare)
New U-joints and a c-clamp, hammer and chisle if you run old shite like me, or if you're short on maintenance.
At least one roll of shite paper.

A $3 pair of brown sugar XL pantyhose takes up much less room. You tie a few knots in them and pull tight around the the necessary stuff. It will make it down the road. It's also a one size fits all solution.
