Will Ferrell, John C. Reilly Reunite For ‘Holmes & Watson’

Ferrell and Reilly have been looking for several years to find another opportunity to work together, and now they’ve got it. Ferrell will play Holmes and Reilly will play his faithful wing man, Watson.

I know this will be a silly comedy, but in the past 7 years this will be the 3rd incarnation of Sherlock Holmes to hit theatres. Man Hollywood has a hard on for Sherlock Holmes right now.

A friend in "the industry" told me that Sandra Bullock (Holmes) and Melissa McCarthy (Watson) will be starring in a female Sherlock mystery set in the 30's with a Amelia Earhart vibe. Starts to film in 2018.
