Madden is always fun for the first month or two of it's release. My issue with Madden comes after all the "lab rats" come out with the nano blitzes and the offensive money plays. It ruins the online aspect of it all and it just makes the game unplayable. I can't stand playing against the CPU in sports games as it's just not as fun but I cannot and will not subject myself to the constant cheese/money plays.

Meh. However true, most of that isn't that hard to overcome. Those guys get predictable. The quick out route that everybody loved this last season I ate up with cover 2. It's worthwhile if you find a good franchise.

I'm not gonna get 17 until later this year, gonna let the lab rats find the nanos, then keep an eye on MUTHEAD to learn how to counter them.

That's why you need to find an online league. I'm in a league that we play in every year and keep it fun to play. Typically guys are always willing to play 1 on 1 when they've already finished their weekly game.

Does anyone know if the practice squad allows for online play? It would be pretty heady if you could take your franchise team and play against another team in your league for practice.
