I had 3-4 inches but gutted it to 4 ft, went back with sheetrock full sheets placed horizontally

Would think the cost of repairs would increse quite a bit when the entire area has to rebuild. Law of supply and demand would drive up costs of labor as well as material.

80k for less than 1 ft of water. Wow.
