So they shot and killed a 23-year-old with a lengthy rap sheet and a stolen weapon during a chase, and they're losing their shite right now based on the explanation below:

This. They are all executed at point blank range while complying with police officer commands and are in no way going for their own weapon......until an investigation happens.
