Some updates from the latest presser
* Officer who shot was black
* Guard has been mobilized but will not be deployed unless requested by MPD
* Mayor considering curfew but hasn't put one in place yet
* Mayor hasn't seen bodycam footage but has seen a screenshot from it and he says he saw the gun

Sounds like he was pretty much a waste of space.
